JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support for stores, in-store customers, and online customers resolving all customer service needs in a one call resolution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Answer inbound calls, chats, emails, and texts to assist customers and store employees.
- Identify and assess customer needs, to resolve customer issues and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Build personal connections and establish trusting relationships to ensure customer retention and maintain customer loyalty.
- Use critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills to provide positive options for resolutions.
- Complete additional tasks as business needs permit.

Minimum Requirements
General
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft software including, but not limited to, Word and Excel
- Ability to learn and use in house software solutions quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self- motivated individual willing to see all assignments to completion
- Must be willing to complete a 1 to 2-week training program with 100% attendance
Work From Home
- Dedicated, secure, distraction-free workspace required.
- Desktop or laptop computer (with latest Operating System installed). No tablets or Chromebooks.
- Cell phone, cell phone headset or USB headset with microphone, web camera and external mouse required.
