Partner Care Representative

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an ambassador of Joyce Meyer Ministries by meeting with partners to resolve concerns
• Communicate the heart of Joyce Meyer Ministries and foster ongoing prayer and financial support
• Effectively manage Partner Care workload by analyzing data and scheduling Partner Care trips
• Create reports and track action items in the Customer Relations Management system
• Provide feedback and ideas based on experience that can be used to design an effective Partner Care outreach team
• Assist partners in making informed decisions about planned giving options
• Administer and oversee formal Partner Care meetings

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Joyce Meyer Ministries campaigns and media is essential
• Knowledge of the goals and values of a Christian Non-Profit Organization
• Exceptional presentation skills with ability to convey ideas clearly 
• Ability to understand emotional behavior and diffuse emotionally charged situations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
