Duties:
- Bilingual - must speak in Spanish and English
- Likes to talk to people
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails in Spanish and English
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
