What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at Joynus?
We are a $55M revenue Global HR/Staffing Firm with locations across the Southeast, Texas, and California with international offices in Seoul and Hanoi. With an expansion to Commerce, GA area we are searching for responsible individuals who will grow with us.
As the Staffing Coordinator, the responsibilities include:
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate online & walk-in candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand job requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Follow up with candidates
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of Staffing Industry experience (Preferred)
- People skills - ability to build strong relationships
- Self-confidence and self-starter
- Office automation tools - MS Office, Gmail, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, organizational & time management skills
- Ability to successfully communicate with all levels of the workforce
- Ability to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
- Flexible schedule - able to work early morning, evenings & weekends when needed
- Ability to work under pressure
- Other duties as assigned
- Bilingual - Spanish, Lao, Vietnamese, Korean - a MAJOR PLUS!
