Qualifications
Must have previous experience training roofing sales reps or be ready to step into that role
Be Proficient in Sales and Familiar with the Nuances of In-Home Sales
Love the Idea of Mentoring and Coaching a Sales Team to Success
You’re comfortable pivoting as priorities shift and you surf the wave with a giant smile while keeping calm
Responsibilities
Setting targets, performance plans, and rigorous objective standards for your sales team
Plan and implement sales training and development programs
Coaching sales reps to help them improve their sales performance
Participating in spontaneous sales ride-alongs and planned field days
Counsel, support, discipline, and fire underperforming sales reps if necessary
Managing sales reps adhere to the company sales process firmly
Managing sales reps to use sales technologies correctly
Motivating and engaging your sales team with monetary and non-monetary (intrinsic) motivational tactics, such as sales contests, lucrative incentive packages, prizes, and public recognition
Setting a good example for the team

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
