What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager/ Agent Services Coordinator position at JPAR Coast and County?

We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Assist agents with various tasks to help them run their businesses more efficiently
  • Office promotion including using Canva to create graphics for special events
  • Manage the office’s social media accounts
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders

Skills

  • Experience as office coordinator or in a similar role is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

  • Gulf Shores, AL 36542: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
