Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization.
Duties:
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management processes including employee evaluations
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration and leave management including FMLA
- Collaborate with management on organizational design and change management initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Ceridian, SAP, or iCIMS
- Familiarity with strategic planning and organization design concepts
- Strong understanding of employee relations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with change management processes
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations
- Understanding of employee evaluation methodologies
