Full-time HR Manager 40hrs/week $20.00/hr
JSA Logistics Inc is looking for an enthusiastic Humen Resource Manager to join our operation. Our vision at JSA Logistics Inc. is to deliver our customers the world. Duties
Lead HR operations in both Buffalo and Rochester, NY warehouse locations (travel required)
Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for all business location including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters
Benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquirie
Administration of workers compensation and disability benefits
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Qualifications
2 years of managerial HR experience required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field a plus
Work in transportation and logistics a plus
Experience with recruiting platforms (e.g., Indeed) a must
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Drive (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Experience with Paycom system preferred
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable transportation a must
