Responsibilities:
" Collaborate with the data protection product owner and team to execute product vision & strategy
" Successfully provide operational support for the portfolio
" Demonstrate successful subject matter expertise with the tool sets provided
" Successfully troubleshoot issues that are identified (identify root cause, research, resolve)
" Successfully implement approved changes and provide quality assurance validation
" Participate in agile sprint and release plans, ensure strategic alignment of work effort
" Communicate effectively to key stakeholders and associates
" Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices to meet quality/time to market targets
Skills / Qualifications:
" High degree of proficiency with end point security tools
" Ability to successfully execute changes and troubleshooting with the following technologies;
Required
" Sentinel One XDR " Pulse VPN " Microsoft Defender (Windows & MacOS) " Solid comprehension of Unix and Windows operating systems
Additional Skills Preferred
" Zscaler ZIA & ZPA
" Symantec DLP
" Python, Go, Terraform
" Splunk queries and report writing
" Experience automating tasks with APIs or other coding languages a plus.
" As technologies change or new technologies are introduced, the operational support person will need to perform those responsibilities as well.
Experience:
" This will be a hands-on role and the candidate must feel comfortable working with the technology in a production environment
" 3 years working in a network security role
" Technology certifications related to the toolset preferred
