Outpatient Medical Office

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and managing preventive care.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and lifestyle modifications
- Providing ongoing care for patients with chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Counselling patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and other health-related issues
- Referring patients to specialists as needed for further evaluation and treatment
- Documenting patient care in electronic medical records in a timely and accurate manner
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
- Residency training in family medicine or a related field
- Board certification in family medicine or eligible for certification
- Active medical license in the state of practice
- Clean medical malpractice record
- Active and current DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate
- Experience providing primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other clinical software applications
- Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care and delivering high-quality services
- Leadership experience or potential, with a strong desire to take on additional responsibilities within the practice
