Job Title: Registered Nurse – Primary Care Clinic
Location: Jacksonville , FL
Hours of Performance: 7:00am - 4:30pm
Travel: Travel may be required under this task order. All reimbursable travel must be approved in advance
Scheduling: The specific schedule for each two-week period will be provided 1 month in advance. At the mutual agreement of the contractor
Work Schedule: The Primary Care Clinics are open from 0630 until 1900 Monday through Friday. Shift lengths may be variable, 8.5 or 9-hour period (to include an uncompensated 30-to-60-minute meal break, respectively) to ensure shift coverage. In no instance shall the HCW be required to provide services in excess of 80 hours per two-week period.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a Graduate Diploma in Nursing, or an Associate Degree in Nursing, from an accredited agency such as the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
- Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Possess 12 months experience within the preceding 24 months as an RN.
- Possess and maintain a current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in any one (1) of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
