Role Description:
The CRM administrator, reporting to the Director of Technology & Analysis, will own all CRM instances, training and CRM system support of the entire org. The CRM admin maintains a goal-first approach to managing and implementing new products and processes, in conjunction with our Sales Leaders across all JumpCrew brands. This includes responsibility for developing strategies, building and managing roadmaps, while working closely with a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive implementation.You’ll work with a broad set of stakeholders, internally and externally, that include Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Collections and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects and project-related tasks on time within an Agile development process
- Deploy and manage multiple instances of Outreach
- Manage integrations with Salesforce and other systems
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer questions about system and improvements
- Navigate and track your project progression via Jira project management software from start to finish
- Develops and coordinates organizational training related to product deployments/changes
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing a CRM platform
- 3-6 years of experience in the administration of Sales CRM systems. B2B experience preferred.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator OR Certified Outreach Administrator
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across different departments, platforms, and stakeholders
- SDLC process knowledge
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive teamwork
- Strong process definition skills

- Experience with Salesforce workflows, flows, and process builders
- Development experience
- Experience working with lead data from sources like ZoomInfo and SalesIntel
- Sales process and methodology experience and expertise
