What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Specialist position at JumpStart Financial?
Responsible for generating Client documents and sending them via USPS. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and be able to multitask. Must have good communication skills, both oral and writing. Candidate should be able to work in fast environment, handle heavy work volume. Candidate with experience in Google Business Suites, Microsoft Office is a plus.
The primary responsibilities include but may not be limited to;
- Generate a large volume of documents accurately
- Update Client accounts timely and accuratelay
- Speak to clients that have questions regarding their files
- Assist team with any other projects that need attention
- Provide weekly update reports to department manager
Minimum requirements
No Experience necessary. Full training provided!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
