Juniper Landscaping is currently hiring an EHS Program Manager as part of our Safety department. This position is part of the team responsible for driving a culture of EHS excellence organization wide.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain the Safety Management System (SMS). This tool will create the necessary EHS informational transparency at the appropriate organizational levels including but not limited to:
- Statistical Injury and DOT Data
- Safety Data Sheets (SDS’s)
- EHS Concerns, Near Miss and Injury Reporting
- Tool Box Talks/Training Topics
- Supervisor EHS Dashboard
- After Action Reviews (AAR’s)
- EHS Audits and Corrective Action Reports (CAR’s)
- Regulatory Written Programs & Technical Resources
- EHS Storytelling
- EHS Concern, Near Miss and Injury Communication
- Metrics
- Updates
- Promotions to Drive Compliance
- Content development with appropriate subject matter experts (SME’s)
- Drive compliance with required modules
- Tracking and reporting
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous EHS support experience
- Detail oriented and analytics focused
- Dedication to ongoing learning
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- High energy and ability to work in sometimes ambiguous situations
- Impeccable organization skills
- Ability to lead and influence others that don’t have a direct reporting relationship
