Oracle CPQ Developer, Staff
As we are going through Digital Transformation journey with a focus on bringing in efficiencies through business process and systems automations. As a Sr CPQ Developer you are responsible for design, develop and implement solutions and integrations with other back-office systems like SAP ERP and Sales Force CRM and other related business applications. Ideal candidate should be well versed in Project Management methodologies, Change Control and testing methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical design, solution architecture, Configurations, development tasks and integrations with other applications such as CRM and ERP
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions working with business users and BPO.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business requirements. Identify and document technical gaps.
- Will need to work with other technical, functional, business groups as Techno/Functional expert in CPQ.
- Conduct solution reviews and work with offshore and onsite teams on design and development.
- Develops detailed configuration specifications documentation.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in successful Oracle CPQ project implementations and a min of 5-8 years of overall Industry experience.
- In depth knowledge in Product Configuration & Rules, Complex System Configuration and BOM Tables maintenance.
- In depth knowledge of Commerce Process, ABO and Commerce APIs.
- Workflow Approvals, Document Engine and Pricing functionality of Oracle CPQ Cloud.
- Should have Strong Oracle Order Management, Configuration, Pricing and Quoting
- Proven experience on working with BML/BML Functions/BMQL for complex use cases.
- Exposure to Oracle CPQ Cloud Integration using pre-built connectors and point to point integration with CRM (SFDC)
- Experienced in Bulk Data Upload/Migration Strategy from Legacy System to Oracle CPQ Cloud using Oracle CPQ.
- Expertise in integration of SFDC with Oracle CPQ Cloud, Adobe eSign, DocuSign and third-party cloud applications.
- Experience on JavaScript and CSS for Jet UI Customization. Experience in BML, BMQL and Libraries.
- Experience with Mobile Configuration Layout and experienced in deploying Oracle CPQ Cloud on Mobile platform is a plus.
Education:
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, computer science or related fields is required.

Minimum Salary: $123,750.00
Maximum Salary:$189,750.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $123,750.00 and $189,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
