Our client, a leading financial technology company in the healthcare space, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tradeshow management and the ability to execute multiple events simultaneously, contributing to the company's growth by supporting key customer, partner, and corporate marketing initiatives. This role will focus on driving brand awareness and demand generation for Rectangle Health’s cutting-edge solutions. We are looking for a self-starter who excels both independently and within cross-functional teams, including marketing, demand generation, and sales.
Primary job duties:
- Tradeshow and Event Management: Lead end-to-end coordination of tradeshow, event, and sponsorship initiatives. This includes maintaining the calendar, managing sponsorship relationships, evaluating new opportunities and negotiating contracts, overseeing exhibit/display materials, coordinating logistics, preparing booth staff, managing the budget, and measuring ROI.
- Internal Event Coordination: play a key role in the planning of Rectangle Health’s annual Revenue Kick Off meeting. Responsibilities include venue research and negotiation, budget management, vendor coordination, food & beverage, and A/V management, branding, and on-site support.
- Vendor Management: Manage exhibit and promotional item inventory, coordinating distribution through third-party vendors.
- Brand Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance brand presence, streamline processes, and reduce costs related to tradeshows and conferences.
- Event Impact Maximization: Develop strategies to extend tradeshow impact pre- and post-event through consistent messaging across marketing channels.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development of lead generation campaigns, social media content, marketing collateral, incentives, and more.
- Project & Administrative Support: Provide additional support to marketing projects and administrative tasks as required.
- Travel: Up to 10% travel for select events and meetings at corporate offices (for remote employees).
Minimum qualifications:
- Proven expertise in executing tradeshows across various venues.
- Strong desire to understand Rectangle Health’s solutions and the healthcare market.
- Familiarity with traditional and emerging marketing channels and technologies.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid budget management experience and proficiency.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on tradeshows and events.
