Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to customers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Utilize technology systems to track sales, inventory, and customer information
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in commercial construction products
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or pricing
- Knowledge of stock management principles to maintain inventory levels
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with customers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
