Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Manage the front desk and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Maintain office calendars and ensure timely reminders for important events
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses and processing invoices
- Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and managing payroll
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in calendar management software and other office productivity tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles
- Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong team management skills
