Roadside Assistance Technician

This is a full time W2 Position. As a mobile service technician (roadside) with us, you'll be responsible for completing light duty automotive services quickly and efficiently. What you'll do in this role:

• Jump start cars
• Unlock cars
• Deliver up to 2.5 gallons of gas
• Replace flat tires with the spare tire
• Inflate deflated tires
• Document the service you provide using POSS (Proof of Satisfactory Service) Photos.
• Other duties as assigned
• Meet milestones as designated by operations manager
• Administrative duties as assigned

What you'll need to qualify:

• Previous professional work experience or higher education in one of the following industries: Roadside Assistance, Automotive Repair, Automotive Maintenance, Locksmith, Other Automotive
• Ability to meet confidentiality requirements (includes NDA, non-compete)
• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Reliable Personal vehicle.
• Valid vehicle insurance.
• If your vehicle is currently financed, you must be current on payments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must reside within a covered area
• Vehicle safety equipment must be in proper working condition.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Exceptional customer service and moral decency.
• An up to date resume.
• Current contact information.
• Great reading and comprehension skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate that you have thoroughly read, meet the requirements for, and understand this job posting.
• Must be organized and able to complete the onboarding process in a timely manner.
• Bilingual is a Plus!

Compensation & Benefits Plan:

The probationary paygrade for this position (PST1-M) includes a guaranteed base pay and offers a maximum collective compensation plan of $789.00 per week.
