Chiropractic front desk lead

Want to work hard during the week to be able to play hard on the weekends? We have a position for you! We are a team of 6 healthcare providers looking for another “quarterback” to run the front office alongside our current team members. We see families, grandparents, infants, pregnant patients, and everything in between—and we need someone to help connect with our patients while also providing top-notch customer service at the front desk.

This person must have some medical office experience and/or insurance knowledge. Know what a deductible is? Willing to learn our user-friendly software to help patients keep on track with care plans to help them hit their health goals? Are you willing to work hard and run during prime time to keep the flow moving while still having 3 day weekends?

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

· Multi-tasker

· Fast paced but detail oriented

· Insurance knowledge

· Prior medical office experience

· Enjoys families and children

· Computer savvy (we use electronic health records exclusively)

· Upbeat energy and positivity

· Willing to learn how to help in the exam room as needed (will train)

· Loves/knowledge of chiropractic care or natural healing methods a plus

Hours are approximately as follows, but may change slightly with the needs of the team:

· Monday 7:45am-12:45pm; 2:00-6:15pm

· Tuesday 8:30am-12:45pm; 2:00-5:15pm

· Wednesday 1:30pm-6:15pm

· Thursday 7:45am-12:45pm; 2:00pm-5:15pm

· Total hours approximately 29-31 per week

**Due to the nature of being a customer service healthcare facility, we stay until the last patient is seen; therefore we cannot guarantee exact times as ending times stated above. Exact schedule to be determined upon hiring.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29 – 31 per week
