Job Overview:
Needing an outgoing and friendly Customer Service Representative who services existing accounts while having the opportunity to establish new clients for commission earnings.
Duties:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through communication and relationship management.
- Maintaining communication with existing and previous customers.
- Reaching out to new customers through phone or email.
- Entering incoming jobs into the workflow and following them through to their conclusion.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management.
- Becoming fluent with the proprietary workflow software.
- performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong general computer knowledge (including Microsoft Office Suite).
- Willing to work a standard 40 hour work week.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience is a plus.
- Prior marketing experience is an added bonus.
