Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle conflicts, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide information about the facility, services, and amenities
- Assist guests with their needs and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations
- Handle guest complaints or conflicts in a calm and professional manner

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week

  • Nights as needed

Ability to Commute:

  • North Falmouth, MA (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
