K&D|Valley View Agri is seeking a Parts Clerk to join our team and manage operations within our office in Cleveland, MS.
This professional multi-tasker will manage and oversee the purchasing, receiving, quotation of parts, maintaining adequate inventory, and upholding the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented and able to track multiple facets of the inventory at any given time. You must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, track shipping, and oversee the fulfilment of customer needs.
Objective of the Role
· Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently, with customers satisfaction being the primary goal
· Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage, inventory management, and shipping
· Train and lead warehouse personnel to solve day-to-day operational issues
· Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
Responsibilities
· Supervise daily activities, including inventory control, space management and customer service
· Create purchase orders, sales orders and invoice customers as needed
· Provide the service crews the necessary parts to fulfill the jobs needs
· Review job reports and add the used parts to the job’s sales orders
· Correspond with other Valley View Agri branches
