Essential Functions:
Process resale disclosure certificates and statements of demand via a third party disclosure software
Process closing title paperwork by closing and opening new owner accounts, both resale and new sale
Communicate with title companies and customers by phone and email regarding pending escrow transactions
Communicate with Management Team on expiring or expired documents that need to be updated in third party disclosure software
Process pre-collection courtesy notices and collection notices in accordance with all homeowners association collection policy requirements and established deadlines; maintain homeowner records
Verify account information using County websites, bankruptcy records, and other additional verification sites
Troubleshoot customer concerns and inquiries according to specific homeowner association governing documents and collections policies
Communicate with owners regarding accounting disputes, payment plans, account histories and other issues as required
Post and deposit payments to owner accounts (owner, title, collection agency)
Account balancing and reconciliation
Data entry
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
At least one year Customer Service and/or administrative experience in an office environment
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to navigate county and government websites a plus
