Seeking a talented individual who can lead the department Associates in properly setting up new communities to ensure accurate and timely community set up; oversee the community change management processes. Set up midrise and high-rise communities also.
Responsibilities and Expectations
● Manage the analysis of option logic for each new home design and coordinate with purchasing contracting methodologies.
● Evaluate community-specific option offerings and their relationship to base home and design gallery products.
● Coordinate option updates to changes made to level specifications.
● Determine community-specific adders, if required.
● Assist with creating a workflow that will facilitate more effective and efficient information flow with trade partners during the contracting and validation effort for new communities.
● Manage the community change process to facilitate contract changes and updates by researching issues and making required systemic adjustments in computer system.
● Manage and communicate changes to all affected parties as part of the community change management process.
● Set up and maintain master data information pertaining to new community openings and design gallery product offerings in the computer system.
● Assist the division purchasing team with the new company strategies as they transition to National Architectural Plans and National Specifications for the setup of their new communities.

Minimum Qualifications Requirement
● Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 1-2 years of related experience in homebuilding and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
● Knowledge of construction process, materials, and blueprint reading
● Proficiency in spreadsheet creation, analysis and design
● Good written and oral communication skills
● Must be organized and detailed-oriented
● Ability to prioritize activities and delegate responsibility
● Self-motivation and self-direction skills, with the ability to maintain positive and optimistic attitude
● Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook
