Experienced Marketing Manager – Home Improvement Industry
We are a well-established family-owned home improvement company servicing 7 States in the Mid-Atlantic. We offer both interior and exterior remodeling to homeowners. We are accredited with an A rating from the Better Business Bureau.

The following is what you would do in this position:
Manage all marketing and lead generation for the company (digital, traditional, and non-traditional). Be an active part of the Executive team. Track and analyze marketing statistics based on key metrics for improvement opportunities. Manage the marketing cost and budget. Find new and manage current partner relationships to increase lead flow and ensure monthly forecasts are met or exceeded. Negotiate the best pricing from all lead generation/marketing vendors and manage all contracts and renewals.
The right candidate will have:
2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, digital marketing within the home improvement industry. Strong understanding of B2C traditional and non-traditional lead generation avenues. Tech savvy (comfortable with different marketing software). Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
