We are looking for an experienced Canvassing Manager to join us in expanding our Birmingham, AL region. In this role, you'll be in charge of a team of in-store canvassers within various Home Depot locations around the area.
This is a position with unlimited upside. You'll manage, train, and excite your team on a daily basis - and earn great compensation and profit share in the process.
This is not a door-to-door position. You're working in Home Depot stores, as a Trusted Expert, and approaching homeowners in order to schedule a FREE estimate.

Canvassing Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front - generate your own leads and scheduled appointments in store, working with the reps under you in order to train them to standard.
- Pick from a large selection of candidates and choose who you want to bring onto your team - earn commission based on their performance.
