Your role in our team
- You will be responsible for coordinating and fulfilling administrative duties related to all aftermarket projects that support the KP Inc. Sales & Services operations.
- You will assist with receiving, processing, & managing retrofit tooling quotes, service quotes and other orders.
- You will work directly with Service Team Leads to coordinate onsite service support for installations of tooling orders, machine upgrades as well as other service interventions.
- You will utilize ERP software systems (Salesforce, JIRA & CBM) to assist with order management and reports for retrofit orders, service interventions and deliveries.
- You will prepare retrofit/tooling project order confirmations, schedules as well as other project information and communicate them to the customer via phone, email, or chat.
- You will work with the aftermarket team to create better methods to address customer complaints.
- You will attend sales, project review, design review, and factory acceptance testing meetings in support of new machinery & retrofit projects.
- You will monitor customer satisfaction levels.
- You have 3 years of applicable business experience.
- You have an Associates degree or higher in Business or related field.
- You have experience with Sales CRM and SAP ERP.
- You possess the ability to be able to handle customer complaints diplomatically and politely.
- You are able to multi-task, troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues.
- You are experienced with computer programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You are organized and have great attention to detail.
- German Language knowledge is a benefit.
