Job Summary
At MITRA QSR, our Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility of directing the restaurant's daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations. This includes product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and financial accountability, to ensure that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer every day.
You will also gain knowledge and experience in business operations and management with the potential to grow into an Above Restaurant Leader.
