Our Ideal Candidate An experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter with solid core recruiting skills – that knows how to build and manage a candidate profile, can develop a sourcing strategy, properly assess candidate qualifications, and present and close opportunities effectively. The Role This Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for non-technical and customer service positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top candidates into the organization across multiple disciplines and building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring. You will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, and offer presentation. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES: Accurately evaluating candidates based on contractual prerequisite, core competencies and cultural fit Building effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talent Managing the flow of employee referrals and candidates Compiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics and ensuring compliance with hiring policies, practices, and company values MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience across multiple disciplines Proven success leading full life cycle recruitment efforts, as well as pipeline building and management; demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process Experience using an applicant tracking system (we use Workday) as well as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms; experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates Knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: B.A./B.S.
