Landscape Construction and Lawn Maintenance Laborers

GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR RECENT HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES!

Looking for a new career working outdoors, away from factories and assembly lines? Want to earn Between $800 and $1,200 in a week? Then look no further. We’re looking for landscape laborers to join our team.

We are currently hiring multiple candidates for our maintenance and construction divisions to work out of our Kingston yard.

Common Tasks for Laborers:

• Mowing and maintaining the lawns of industrial and commercial properties
• Edging and maintaining landscape beds
• Laying sod
• Planting new trees, perennials or shrubs
• Pruning and trimming trees and bushes
• Digging/Trenching
• Raking/Blowdowns
• Basic equipment maintenance

Ambitious workers who show their reliability and work ethics can grow within the company and join specialty crews that include:

• Irrigation
• Excavation
• Fertilization and Chemical applications

Additionally, employees are expected to abide by all internal control & compliance practices to:

• Safeguard equipment and supplies from theft and misuse
• Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulation

• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

You might be a good fit if you are:

• Reliable - candidates with inability to show up ready to work need not apply
• Able to take direction
• Able to work well with others

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

• Used hand equipment with mechanized moving blades such as gas powered shears, stander and sit down mowers, whips

• Use manual hand tools such as shovels
• Use a hand shovel for extended period

• Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic

• Work near or about natural bodies of water
• Work 8 hours per day. We typically run a 4 day week reserving Friday in case of rain outs. Employees regularly earn over time.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. (mulch, fertilizer, etc.)
• Ability to load/unload burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
