Assistant Nurse Manager - RN Resource Team at Kadlec Regional Medical Ctr-Richland(HR)
Under the direction of the Unit Manager, supervises the day to day activities of the Unit; Serves as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients and their families to facilitate safe and effective flow of patient care in a manner consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of Kadlec Regional Medical Center; and assists in providing direction and supervision of nursing and support staff, as well as perform related duties as assigned.

Shift Details: Full-time, 40 hours daily, Day shift
Required qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher, or in progress. If Bachelor’s in Nursing or higher is in progress, must be completed within 3 years from date of hire.
upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
2 years Recent nursing experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree From an accredited educational institution.
2 years Recent nursing experience in related clinical setting.
Healthcare leadership and/or supervisory experience.
