Kairos Law is a growing law firm based in Liberty Lake that helps business owners start, build, protect, and sell their business. We believe that business owners help drive the economy and the community. We contribute to a business owner’s success and legacy by helping them proactively manage their business, helping them fix or prevent legal problems, and being one of their trusted advisors. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering the phone in a welcoming and professional manner. Callers should hear you smile!
  • Taking messages and routing calls
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Demonstrating knowledge of the firm’s service offerings to potential clients
  • Helping potential clients understand the value of working with our firm
  • Making regular contact with current and former clients and referral sources to ensure client satisfaction, continue to build a relationship, and obtain feedback
  • Completing administrative functions such as scanning, filing, data entry, and client file maintenance
  • Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries
  • Managing office supplies and the inventory process
  • Managing the maintenance and repair of general office equipment
  • Preparing meeting facilities and making arrangements for other items as requested
  • Maintaining waiting area, conference rooms, and other common areas
  • Greeting clients and guests and making them feel welcome
  • Being a team player and supporting your co-workers with your helpful and flexible attitude
  • Performing other duties as needed to support and contribute to our company

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5 years of recent receptionist experience
  • Experience in a legal or other professional services firm is preferred
  • 50 wpm typing speed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (must be able to spell without the help of software)
  • Self-starter that is detail oriented and takes initiative to get things done
  • Take ownership of your work and projects reliably and consistently
  • Fast learner, coachable, with a good attitude
  • Good listener and able to retain and recall information
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Curious and interested in learning and applying your knowledge
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Comfortable with a variety of office equipment and programs including printers, copiers, computers, online software, and databases
  • Maintain a level of confidentiality and discretion at all times

Pay and Benefits:

$22/hour.

We also offer health insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays after 90 days of training and onboarding.

Free parking.

This is a full time in-office position.

We follow state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 safety. Vaccinations are strongly recommended and encouraged to help protect the health and safety of all employees. Proof of vaccination may be required upon employment.

We follow state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19. Masks are required for client and visitor meetings. Common surfaces are sanitized regularly, new building with high-rated filtration, and air purifiers in common spaces.
