Site Merchandiser

We are searching for a Site Merchandiser to join our team, reporting to our Senior Director of Merchandising. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage new product upload process including working with creative team for product copy and assets for upload in a timely manner.

Candidates must be available to work Saturdays or Sundays as part of their regular work schedule. 

This role can be fully-remote anywhere in the U.S. or any of our locations. 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage new product upload process including working with creative team for product copy and assets for upload in a timely manner.
• Manage approval of new seller orders.
• Audit, curate, and sequence categories as needed.
• Ensure all merchandise copy and assets published are accurate and current.
• Attend weekly meetings with Merchandise team to review site performance and merchandising opportunities.
• Drive improvements to customer experience alongside UI/UX and content teams within category. Strategize cross functional projects / enhancements / updates that will improve category conversion and drive revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• Schedule needs to cover Saturday or Sunday (Must Have).
• 2-3 years’ experience in digital merchandising
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (fashion or merchandising education is a plus)
• Strong writing skills, execute to deadlines, and provide timely solutions
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional teams
• Self-motivated with a curiosity and desire to learn more
