Pharmaceutical Driver / Pharmacy Tech

Kalamazoo Long Term Care Pharmacy in Kalamazoo MI is looking to hire a full-time Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver / Pharmacy Tech Trainee to fill prescriptions and deliver them directly to the patient's home or to long-term care facilities. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PHARMACEUTICAL DELIVERY DRIVER / PHARMACY TECH TRAINEE

As a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver / Pharmacy Tech Trainee, you are responsible for filling and transporting prescriptions to patients at their homes or at long-term care facilities. Your great memory retention helps you stay familiar with the locations you visit. You know how to properly handle sensitive materials and maintain accurate delivery records. Always courteous and professional, you develop relationships with patients and those who work at long-term care facilities. If you encounter any issues while in the field, you solve the problem with support from the pharmacist or on-call technician. You find great satisfaction in assisting people in their medication needs!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license
• Healthcare Experience (optional)
• Pharmacy Technician Experience (optional)

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday from either 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
