What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at Kalispell Copy Center?
Kalispell Copy Center is looking to fill a part-time front counter, customer service position.
Duties will include:
- Greeting Customers
- Directing Customers to the correct department
- Answering phone, taking messages and orders
- Printing files from Email, USB Drive, Etc
- Sending Emails
- Scanning documents
- Cash register work & cash handling
- Working with construction plans - 24x36 and larger
- Handling sensitive documents
- Facing & organizing merchandise on shelves
Required Skills:
- Solid working knowledge of Windows 10 PC
- Able to send emails with attachments.
- Download attachments from emails
- Print documents from email and USB drives
- Strong customer service skills
- Retail experience, as a cashier preferred
- Must be able to lift and reach out with at least 50 lbs, several times a day.
We will offer on the job training for job specific skills but we ask for applicants to have a solid foundation to build on.
Optional, but helpful, Skills:
- Print or copy center experience
- Experience reading construction plans
- Worked with Thunderbird email client
- Advanced Windows 10 experience
- Data Entry Experience
- Merchandising / Mod Setting, facing shelves experience.
- Mail room experience.
