**Duties:**
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Plan store events and sales to drive traffic
- Respond to customer complaints
- Manage the Spa girls and party's
- Maintain store look and cleanliness
- Merchandise the sales floor
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail sales
- Excellent communication
- Ability to manage a team
- Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service
