Eden Property Management/Kampus Properties seeks an energetic, enthusiastic, meticulous person to serve as Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant will create a life-changing housing experience for residents in Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities:
- Diligently responding to, and following up with, college student leads to get 100% pre-leased for the 2024-25 school year!
- Establish excellence in Resident Satisfaction and Care
- Daily simultaneous Phone, Text and Email conversations with college students looking for homes on campus.
- Driving to various properties around the University of Kentucky's campus to tour and show potential student renters their potential homes.
- Eventually send, prepare and manage all lease agreements. Prepare, certify and maintain complete resident files.
- Assist in scheduling vacant units for refurbishing and occupancy.
- Assist in generating qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Extreme extravert. You gain energy from being on the phone & with people.
- Born finisher. You cannot help but finish a task once started, it actually drives you crazy to not finish it.
- Administratively gifted. You enjoy following processes, checklists, and catching the details.
- Love of winning/accomplishment. You can’t wait to follow-up with a lead and you gain great satisfaction when a viewing is set and especially when a lease is signed.
- Genuine concern. Your underlying motivation for the above is valuing another person and wanting to assist in giving them a positive housing experience.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay and bonus structure

Time required by position:
- This is a position that corresponds heavily with the college class schedule. Typical hours are 8:30/9:30AM to 5/6PM during the week. During summer months, there is a period of long hours and overtime, but also less busy during holiday seasons and summer assuming our leasing goals are met.
- Forty to fifty hours per week is the general expectation.
- Part-time is available for this position with the understanding that an eventual full-time commitment with growth into new roles is expected.
- We desire to create a balanced life and work schedule.
