In this role, you will support all aspects of employee onboarding, benefits administration and employee engagement events with additional responsibilities maintaining compliance documentation and supporting payroll processing. Roles And Responsibilities
- Conducts employee onboarding by preparing paperwork and administering training
- Handles all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews,
- including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Process payroll, including regular updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes
- Assists in development and implementation of human resource policies, including the Employee Handbook
- Administers compensation and benefit plans
- Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Gathers and analyzes data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organizes annual employee performance reviews
- Maintains employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhances job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Experience with HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
