What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of QHSE position at Kane Partners LLC?
Kane Partners is searching for a Director of QHSE on behalf of one of our partner-clients – a manufacturing company going through exciting rapid growth, with a focus on design and manufacturing, who are looking to add dynamic talent to their leadership team.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, energetic and passionate individual who has worked to a high level in the QHSE space – with a strong desire to take responsibility for value creation contributions as a member of the senior management team.
Key Skills:
· Participate actively in continual improvement of protecting people and the environment in the work
· Coordinate with the wider business to implement our QHSE requirements to ensure consistency and efficiency between projects, and compliance with corporate management systems and processes
· Lead root-cause analysis, improvement introduction and establishing control in case of process and product quality issues
· Collect, develop, and share improvement and sustainment tools for a positive QHSE culture
· Actively contribute to the formation of the policy and strategy related to QHSE
· Proactively advise, guide and support departments in the field of improvement processes, including creating awareness within the organization in the field of Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment
· Keep abreast of current QHSE industry trends, new legislative impacts and customer requirements
· Align with the Executive team to develop QHSE Goals & Improvement plans both targeted and strategic
You must have prior QHSE leadership experience with responsibility for large departments. Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,894.17 - $173,705.26 per year
