Job Summary

As the Inventory Manager at KANHA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and streamlined flow of cannabis products through our distribution hub. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing inventory control processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize distribution workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in inventory management, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of compliance within the cannabis industry.

Essential Task, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods across multiple product categories.
  • Maintain current inventory control and warehouse management processes and assist with implementation of new processes.
  • Collaborate with Distribution Operations Manager to plan inventory levels according to forecasted sales and on hand needs.
  • Receive non-stock items and stock items into the ERP through purchase receipts.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track and manage stock levels, shipments, and order fulfillment daily.
  • Split dispatching/receiving responsibilities with Distribution Manager for team of drivers.
  • Support Distribution Manager with fulfillment responsibilities through next day fulfillment preparation activities and scheduling deliveries.
  • Work with sales team on coordination of daily deliveries.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Must be 21 or older with a CA residency

· Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the cannabis or food manufacturing industry.

· Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
