What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Shop Admin position at KAR Global?
This position is located in the auto body shop. Knowledge of automobiles is helpful. T he Auto Body Shop Admin will perform clerical duties as assigned in accordance with corporate guidelines. Provide accurate, friendly quality service to customers when processing customer transactions.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Set work orders and enter repairs in V-Trace.
- Verify and call in part orders, post charges to vehicle account.
- Compile information needed for various reports.
- Maintain a good flow of communication with the all auction personnel.
- Work with other departments to ensure service transactions are authorized.
Educational Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. One (1) to two (2) years administrative support or similar experience required. Computer skills required.
This position will not perform auto body work.
