What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Sourcer position at Kasa Living?
Kasa is looking for a Hungary-based Technical Sourcer who has experience sourcing high-caliber US and Hungary-based tech candidates. As a member of the People Operations Team, you will use innovative sourcing techniques, plus your excellent relationship-building skills, to identify and engage with talent (niche candidates) for a variety of roles including Engineering, Product, Design.
About the role
- The role is full-time and remote. You'll be an employee of our Hungarian subsidiary along with 20 local teammates.
- Help us scale our Product and Tech teams by identifying and engaging in our hiring process top talent from US and Hungary markets to start.
- You’ll utilize different channels and techniques, including traditional ones (search engines, job board databases, social networking sites, GitHub) and you’ll identify other creative ways to engage with the passive candidate market.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring teams, and other People teams (e.g. People Operations), to support various initiatives (e.g. referral programs, talent mapping, salary benchmarking, etc)
About You
- Experience in technical sourcing
- Creative and resourceful collaborator
- Strong focus on candidate experience
- You are a confident communicator, you can pitch to candidates, and influence recruiters and people on various levels within the organization
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- You’re able to switch effectively between tasks and deal with constantly-changing workloads and priorities.
