Position Overview: As a Dual Property Sales Manager at Kash Hotels, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and business growth for two of our Greenville hotels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and maximizing revenue through various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team across properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth for both properties.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners for each hotel.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities specific to both properties.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to create and implement promotional activities and packages tailored to each property.
- Manage the sales pipeline for both hotels, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure accurate reporting of sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative ideas into the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the local market in Greenville, SC.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve collective and individual goals across dual properties.
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
