WORK SCHEDULE
40 hours per week. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
SUMMARY
Responsible for setting up A/V and VTC conferences, apply knowledge of VTC networks and a variety of VTC equipment, including audiovisual equipment such as TV cameras, still and video imagery and viewgraphs. Creates posters, computer graphics (video shows), graphics and animation content. Operate, and troubleshoot operational video teleconferencing and A/V problems. Oversees product printing contracts and payment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquires quality still and video imagery via high-definition camera systems.
- Creates advanced visual and audio content through professional grade non-linear video and imagery editing / layout systems.
- Creates illustrations, posters, graphics, and charts in support of operational events, programs and initiatives.
- Creates quality animation content using advanced animation software applications.
- Produces compelling broadcast and print product scripts / storyboards for marketing product production.
- Conducts synchronized visual information (VI) product archiving operations with organizational VI partners.
- Manages product printing contracts and coordinated payment agreements.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing and seeing up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus; occasional walking or standing, occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in both an office and conference room setting with some outdoor activity. Employee often exposed to sharp objects and may be exposed to some heat, loud noise, chemicals and vibration. Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory. Employee will be exposed to a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities and abilities.
Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires Associate's or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. In lieu of degree, relevant work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
- Minimum of two (2) years in a public relations or social media role.
- Advance computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), publishing, and web software.
- Demonstrated ability to perform diverse duties under operating and deadline constraints.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
