WORK SCHEDULE

SUMMARY
The Army Sustainment Command (ASC) has a current requirement to procure Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) mission services in support of its mission worldwide. This support may include, but is not limited to, technical support services, network support, system administration, telecommunications, computer security, cybersecurity, system software and hardware support and maintenance to include data and metric assistance for lifecycle replacement, support to organizational Information Management Offices (IMOs) and S6 offices for information asset management, and mobile computing device support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customer with new application, perform user training and develops training material.
- Responsible for software configurations of all environments (PROD, TEST) to include global navigation, homepages, groups, and configurations to work in conjunction with the configuration management team.
- Create and update administrator guides and tutorials specifically surrounding site content and user management.
- Maintain threaded discussion and message board functionality.
- Create and edit online training for all site administrators.
- Advise site administrators for large scale web site development and design.
- Conduct functional reviews with team.
- Mitigate code issues prior to release by conducting functional reviews with the team.
- Support remote testing team members.
- Establish accounts, grants access, and assists with test case and log completion
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting boxes weighing up to 30 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for handling and working with small objects. Seeing up close, must not be color blind and must be able to wear protective eye wear. WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in an office environment the majority of the time. Long hours may be needed by project demand.
Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with online training environments and military training.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
