POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE

The OD Facilitator & Trainer participates in and supports the on-boarding, training and development of Kaweah Health staff, leaders and Physicians.

Education

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Training and Development, or related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

Required:

Two years experience in identifying and implementing organizational development strategies, and using Adult Learning Principles.

Preferred:

Experience and skill in designing and implementing creative, effective, interactive classroom and technology enhanced (including web-based) instruction and curriculum development.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities-
Excellent facilitation, training, and behavioral effectiveness skills.

Strong conceptual and analytical skills, planning and organizational abilities, sound judgment and superior communication skills.

Good leadership and persuasion skills.

Basic understanding of technical, design, and media issues. Knowledge of the fundamentals of computer based learning.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
