Role
As a Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and compelling written communication. This multifaceted role combines elements of Sales Development, Marketing, and Technical Writing.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential target accounts and personas.
- Conduct personalized outreach and nurture leads through ongoing communication.
- Produce high-quality content for marketing and sales enablement, including blog posts, proposals, and ads.
- Assist with demand generation initiatives, including social media, podcasts, and community development.
- Closely work with the founding team to close high-value deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Exceptional writing ability across various formats (emails, blogs, proposals)
- Enthusiasm for prospecting and driving new business opportunities
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts in a clear, engaging manner
- Familiar with CRM tools, prospecting platforms, and sales enablement software
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development or technical writing roles
- Interest or background in finance, insurance, or enterprise software industries
