Job Summary:
As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) you will work with Kayo’s senior leadership to build your team and provide quality sales service to our customers.. You will be managing a team of sales reps who generate leads by going door to door.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage and train a team of door to door solar sales reps
Manager and improve the sales process for your market
Oversee the sales budget for your market
Work with our internal recruiting team to build a large sales force
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
4 Years Door to Door Sales experience
2 Years of sales management experience
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
