What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at KB Benning?

  • Attend daily property owner meetings to accomplish critical tasks
  • Help owner organize priorities and work allocation
  • Manager rent collection from tenants
  • Report property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to owner
  • Help with marketing and assess tenant applications
  • Work with owner to advertise vacancies and follow a prescribed methodology to reduce tenant turnover
  • Perform property inspections, arrange for repairs and purchase materials
  • Work with external vendors
  • Work with owner for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping and security
  • Investigate and resolve tenant issues. Good tenant interaction skills required
  • Prior experience with AppFolio preferred
  • Computer skills required. Ability to work with Excel Spreadsheet. MS Word and Google Drive
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • 2 PM

Typical start time:

  • 8AM
