What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at KB Benning?
- Attend daily property owner meetings to accomplish critical tasks
- Help owner organize priorities and work allocation
- Manager rent collection from tenants
- Report property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to owner
- Help with marketing and assess tenant applications
- Work with owner to advertise vacancies and follow a prescribed methodology to reduce tenant turnover
- Perform property inspections, arrange for repairs and purchase materials
- Work with external vendors
- Work with owner for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping and security
- Investigate and resolve tenant issues. Good tenant interaction skills required
- Prior experience with AppFolio preferred
- Computer skills required. Ability to work with Excel Spreadsheet. MS Word and Google Drive
- Good written and verbal communication skills
